Has Zensar bought Thoughtdigital?

Economic Times reports that Zensar has bought a US based firm Thoughtdigital, which works on Oracle apps.

But if you go to the Thoughtdigital website, it says that it has been acquired by SOA softwares.

So which Thoughtdigital has Zensar bought?
