Allied Digital, an IT infrastructure and technical support service outsourcing company plans to come with an IPO by March 2007. They plan to raise Rs 100 crore through the IPO and are also looking for acquisitions. They intent to use the funds for future acquisitions, and increasing the infrastructure.
The company has earmarket about $8 million for overall acquisitions, including overseas acquisitions.
