KPIT Cummins announced yesterday that it has finalized negotiations with Cargill Venutures who is going to invest $4.5 million in the company, in addition to $4.5 million of warrants convertible to shares.
Cargill Ventures is a venture capital arm of Cargill Inc., a privately held company with operations in 63 countries and revenues of over $75 billion. KPIT Cummins is a global IT consulting organisation.
