Gladoo is a vertical search engine for the Indian markets. It collects results from all the major job search engines like Naukri.com, Monster.com, TimesJobs.com and JobsAhead.com. It differs from other job search engines because it concentrates on only IT jobs.
Gladoo has been started by a Noida based company.
One problem that such a startup will always face is that since they depend on another company (or website) to get their content, if the other company starts asking for unreasonable amounts of money, or sues them for gathering content, they would enter the deadpool faster than users can click the search button. Even if they manage to get a lease with the other companies to gather content, the moment Gladoo starts getting bigger than the individual websites, they will start falling out. So it’s good as long as you don’t start challenging your content providers themselves.
