Global Adjustments, pioneers in cross-cultural education have created a website called Global Indian. The idea to is help individuals learn about varying cultures, to help them understand and behave their global clients in a better way. What is right in one culture, can be completely different in another, and it is learning this difference which would be a great help for companies to train it’s employees to understand other cultures.
With the growing globalisation, the human resource needs to better understand other cultures which it would need to interact with, and this is where Global Indian intends to help them.
