Bangalore based Infinite Computers, which has a turnover of over 450 crores is looking for expansion and has earmarked $60 million for future acquisitions. They are also looking at the option of coming out with an IPO.
The company is looking for expansion in US, Europe and China, and have created a new roadmap according to which the company would have a turnover of over 1350 crores and a headcount of over 12,000 by 2009-10.
The company provides application developement services, product engineering services, infrastructure management and independent validation and certification services. They had also acquired a BPO last year. However, 98% of their revenues still come from the US.
