Social Welfare Minister Kartar Devi has announced on Friday that all NGO’s in Haryana would need to create a website to get official grants in the fiscal 2007-08.
The website would need to be constantly updated with the latest information. The minister said that the idea was being implemented
‘to streamline the system of their supervision and ensure transparency in their functioning,’
The rule is applicable to all non-profit bodies which will seek grants from Central and State governments.
So all of you web designers, it’s time to get new customers.
