AlooTechie reports Webaroo has launched an application for mobiles that enables users to access web content including news, blogs, photos and emails on their mobile phones even when they are not connected to the network.
You would need a Java-enabled phone to run this applications. Data access would also have to be enabled to download and update the application.
The content would be stored in the phone memory making it readily accessible.
