2. IOL Broadband to provide multimedia content for CBSE and ICSE students

IOL Broadband has teamed up with Chennai Based ABAN Informatics Pvt Ltd to start providing 2D and 3D multimedia content of CBSE and ICSE curriculum for school students. IOL is a broadband and IPTV partner for both MTNL and BSNL.

3. Educomp acquires 76% in ThreeBrix

E-learning company Educomp has acquired a 76% stake in another e-learning company ThreeBrix services. The stake came at a cost of Rs 2.5 crore. The acquisition will help ThreeBricks leverage Educomp’s content library for providing tutoring in multiple modes - online, offline and through learning centers mainly focused on serving Indian students.
