Joost is not private beta anymore. Gigaom and Joost are giving out invitations to whoever needs them. If you are interested, go down to the link given below and register.
Joost is like free to watch TV( TV is always free, but you get the idea), made for the internet. There are no special system requirements, you can just download and start watching. The only thing you would need is a broadband connection. The download is 10MB in size.
