Google joins Band of Angels

Following the news of Infosys co-founder NS Raghavan announcing a $35 million fund for early stage companies, Google, the Internet Giant, has announced that it has also joined Band of Angels here in India. They are already a part of Seed Fund, Erasmic Fund and VentureEast TeNet Fund (where they invested about 15 crore($3.75 million for 30%)

The Band of Angels which already boasts of names such as Alok Mittal(of JobsAhead fame, who is also with Cannan Partners), Pramod Bhasin, Raman Roy, Jerry Rao, Saurabh Shrivastava and 50 others is one of the leading Angel investing funds in India.
