Amit Tripathi of NetWeb has bought 51% share in WebPercept, an online digital media agency. The two companies had partnered in 1999-2000 to launch WebPercept as a 51:49 JV.

But if you go to the Thoughtdigital website, it says that it has been acquired by SOA softwares.

According to Google Operating System, Google has acquired another start up for $23 million. It fades in comparison to YouTube, but I guess this is still BIIIIIGGGGG money.
